System Hierarchy is a Studio plugin used to visualize and manage the state of all the nodes defined within the System Design File (SDF), which are active on the PolySync Core bus.

The System Hierarchy plugin shows active nodes in both live and replay contexts. The plugin will quickly give an overview of all nodes defined in the SDF and any active Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) that might be hindering the system.

The System Hierarchy plugin is a useful tool for debugging system configurations since it gives an overview of the runtime state of all nodes. The System Hierarchy plugin also manages node configurations in a manner similar to the SDF Configurator, but the mechanism for updating parameters is in real-time.

Changes made to node parameters are recorded to the SDF and are then sent to the Dynamic Driver, which reloads the new configuration.
