Printing Help Message From polysync-core-dynamic-driver

Each PolySync supported sensor interface has a ’-h’ help flag that will print all known information, and indicate which parameter fields are required before starting the node. The information can also be found in the SDF Configurator and the supported sensor article for the associated sensor.

Running the command below will print all parameters that are supported by this Dynamic Driver interface.

This includes:

  • Parameter tables
  • Command line argument flags
  • Input/Output message types
  • Required data model modules
$ polysync-core-dynamic-driver -n 1 -h

The ’-n’ flag tells the Dynamic Driver which SDF node ID to reference. This node ID is found in the SDF Configurator.
